By downloading, installing, or interacting with the Sonic Memos mobile application or associated web interfaces, you agree to comply fully with the terms outlined below. If you do not accept these conditions, please remove all software components from your device immediately.
Users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to operate Sonic Memos for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the application to log conversations or capture audio materials in violation of local laws, privacy standards, or recording statutes.
Accessing enhanced services requires subscribing to our Pro Plan at a recurring rate of $3.00 USD per week. These subscription renewals process automatically through your associated Google Play Store account framework until cancelled. Subscription adjustments must be managed directly inside your store control panel.
Sonic Memos is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. VibeSonic Tech Ltd. does not guarantee that recording stability will be entirely uninterrupted across all regional hardware models or edge operating cases. We assume no liability for the loss, deletion, or corruption of local audio files.
These service conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any unresolved disputes arising under these terms fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts of Hong Kong.
